In the unlikely event that you have received a faulty or damaged item, please get in touch with our support team here within    7 days of the purchase date. We will will do our best to resolve that matter as quickly as possible.

In the event that you have received a faulty item, please contact us immediately with the following information:

   * Which item(s) is/ are damaged
   * Photographic evidence and description

Please do not send back the damaged goods, unless advised by a member of our support team, it may result in a slower resolution time. Unless proof of damage has been verified by a member of the support team, we cannot action a replacement.
