Delivery within SA 

• Free on orders over ZAR 750 and takes 1-5 business days
• For orders under R 750, shipping is R109.

Surcharge:

• In rare instances, for high-risk/ outlaying areas, the couriers might add a surcharge- this surcharge will be communicated with the customer and surcharge will have to be covered by the customer.

Courier is unable to reach the customer for delivery:

• In instances, where the courier and Sphinx Beauty Africa is trying to get a hold of the customer to arrange delivery, but the customer does not respond on time, the order is returned to us, the cost of-re-issuing the parcel is on the customer’s account.

• We ship internationally with DHL Express.
